Generally the last thing Christian homeschool parents want to do is turn their children loose with a group of other unsupervised children. The Apostle Paul wasn't kidding when he wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:33 that "bad company corrupts good character." That said, there are select groups out there where parental involvement is encouraged, if not expected. One of those is 4H, the other Scouting.
