Just as there are seasons in nature, so there are seasons in our lives, and especially the life of a Christian home-centered family. For illustration purposes, and to address different issues that home-centered familes (and others) face at different points of their lives (as families), we've used the seasons of nature as a metaphor. Obviously, the demarcation between one season and another is not "set in stone" and a family with many children may be facing issues from several seasons at once.
